Novice Operator Training
Length: 3 to 5 days
This is a fully comprehensive course designed for individuals with little or no lift truck experience. The course will include operating (driving), knowledge (questions and answers), principles of how counterbalance works, and pre-user checks that operators must make at the start of their shift to make sure the lift truck is safe to operate. The course will comply with HSE-approved codes of practice. Covers all 4 types of lift trucks.
Experienced Operator Training
Length: 2 Days
This is a course designed for individuals who have not gained a formal certificate of training in the UK or have been driving a Forklift without formal training. The course will include operating (driving), knowledge (questions and answers), principles of how a counterbalance works, and pre-use checks that operators must make at the start of their shift to make sure the lift truck is safe to operate. The course will comply with HSE-approved codes of practice. Covers all 4 types of lift trucks.
Forklift Conversion Training
Length: 2 days
This is a course designed for existing operators who need to gain certification to operate other forklift types. Covers all 4 types of lift trucks
Refresher Training and Retests
Length: 1 day
HSE advise that operators should take a refresher every 3 years. This course is for previously certified operators who need to refresh their certificate of training. Our training courses comply with HSE-approved codes of practice. Covers all 4 types of lift trucks.
